When you request an assessment, a report or a conversation, we collect the details you enter — such as name, company, job title, email, phone, website, revenue range, employee count and operational concerns — along with your assessment answers, score and any calculator inputs you choose to share.
Assessment answers before you submit
Assessment answers and calculator inputs are stored in your browser session so you can resume. They are only sent to us when you submit a form. Anonymous usage events (for example, that an assessment was started or completed) may be recorded without personal information.
Campaign attribution
We record the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) so we can understand which outreach is useful.
How we use information
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare your assessment and, if you ask, to follow up about Revenue Recovery services. We do not sell your information.
Marketing communications
Completing the assessment does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We only send occasional insights if you check the optional consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Analytics
